I am Head of Brokerage at Fxview, working across execution, liquidity, risk, controls and brokerage operations.

My work has increasingly focused on the systems around markets: how decisions are structured, where operational fragility develops, how incentives affect outcomes, and how organisations and individuals can build greater resilience.

Alongside my brokerage work, I created Designing Quiet, a body of work exploring financial resilience, decision architecture, work systems and brokerage intelligence. Through it, I develop practical frameworks for examining dependency, risk, reversibility, control and the structures behind durable outcomes.
